Who is responsible

Brisalva is an online shop. Our business is domiciled in Ecuador and we sell to customers in the United States. We are not a company registered in the United States, and orders are dispatched from our supplier's warehouse. We would rather you knew this before you ordered than after.

The only contact address for the business is support@brisalva.com.

What we collect

  • When you order: your name, email address, delivery address and order details.
  • When you pay: your payment is handled by PayPal. We receive a confirmation that you paid and the associated transaction reference. We never see or store your full card details.
  • When you browse: standard technical data such as your device type, browser, approximate location and the pages you visited, through cookies and similar technologies used by our platform.
  • When you contact us: whatever you choose to put in your message.

What we use it for

  • To process, pack, ship and track your order
  • To send you order confirmations and delivery updates
  • To answer your questions and handle refunds

  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

  • Shopify, which hosts this store and processes orders on our behalf
  • PayPal, which processes your payment
  • Our supplier and the shipping carrier, who receive the name and address needed to deliver your parcel
  • Authorities, where the law requires it

International transfers

Because our business is domiciled in Ecuador and our suppliers and platform providers operate internationally, your order information may be processed outside the United States. We only share what is needed to fulfil your order.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and dispute purposes, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@brisalva.com and we will action it within 30 days. Residents of some US states, including California, have additional rights over their personal information — including the right to know what is collected, the right to ask for it to be deleted, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We apply those rights to everyone who asks.

Cookies

This store uses cookies that are necessary for it to work (keeping your cart, remembering your session) and analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the cart may stop working properly if you block the necessary ones.

Children
